All of our components are bulk packed in a such a way to prevent any damage (functional or aesthetic) and maintain safety during shipment. Prior special arrangements or specifications may be made at the customers request. The following packing criteria will always apply:

1. CARTONS used for shipping will meet the following specifications:
   1. Cartons designed for 40’ x 48’ without overhang.
   2. Minimum 275 lb. Test corrugated with double wall construction.
   3. Stitched seams.
   4. Acme name and location printed on outside wall.
   5. Sealed in manner to prevent contamination.
   6. Case weight will not exceed 35 lbs.

2. MARKING and IDENTIFICATION will appear on the outside of each case facing outward from the pallet and show the following:
   1. Item number- the component code ordered
   2. Quantity-The number of pieces in the box
   3. P.O. number- The customers purchase order number
   4. Acme code and material
   5. Manufacturing data /lot number

3. PALLETS will contain only one particular item where practical unless advised otherwise by the customer, and follow the following criteria.
   1. Pallets measure 48’ x 40’ x 3’ and are 4 - way entry
   2. No shipper overhang
   3. Maximum pallet height will be 54’, including pallet.
   4. Loads will be strapped down and stretch wrapped to the pallet.

Acme Metal Cap co., Inc has implemented a bar coding program for customers that are upgradingtheir means by which they track their inventory. We can produce bar coded labels which may be affixed to individual boxes or entire pallets. Any customer interested in this program should contact Acme in order to develop a design adaptable to your needs.
